Smile Design Studio
Every veneer case at Merola Dental Center begins with planning, not drilling. Dr. Merola analyzes facial proportion, lip dynamics, and natural tooth structure to build a digital smile blueprint using Exocad Smile Creator. That design becomes a set of temporary veneers you actually wear, so the shape, length, and shade are refined together before any final porcelain is made. The approved design is then fabricated in the practice's own on-site ceramics laboratory.
Porcelain Veneers
Custom porcelain veneers designed through the Smile Design Studio process and fired in the practice's in-house ceramics lab in Fayetteville, NY. Because the lab is on site, shade and contour are matched in person rather than shipped to an outside technician.
Dental Implants
Single-tooth dental implants planned with 3D CBCT cone-beam imaging for precise placement. Surgical placement and final restoration are both handled at Merola Dental Center in Fayetteville, NY, so patients are not routed between offices.
Full-Arch Implant Restoration
Full-arch implant restoration for patients replacing a failing or missing set of teeth, planned digitally and restored with prosthetics designed in the practice's own laboratory.
Same-Visit Crowns
CEREC Primescan digital scanning and in-house milling allow many crowns to be designed, produced, and seated in a single visit — no temporary crown and no second appointment.
Teeth Whitening
Professional whitening supervised by the dental team, including take-home trays made from impressions of your own teeth for even, controlled results.
Cosmetic Bonding
Composite bonding to repair chips, close small gaps, and reshape teeth conservatively, usually completed in one appointment without removing significant tooth structure.
Clear Aligners
Clear aligner orthodontics for adults and teens, planned digitally and monitored in-office. Suitable for crowding, spacing, and relapse after previous orthodontic work.
Root Canal Therapy
Endodontic treatment to relieve pain and save a compromised tooth, performed with 3D imaging and sedation options for anxious patients.
Oral Surgery
Extractions including wisdom teeth, bone grafting, crown lengthening, pocket reduction, and dentoalveolar surgery — all performed in-office rather than referred out.
