Nothing is permanent until you have approved it
A veneer case here is planned before it is prepared. Dr. Merola analyses your facial proportion, lip dynamics and natural tooth structure, then builds a digital design in Exocad Smile Creator. That design becomes a set of temporary veneers you actually wear — you eat with them, speak with them, and see them in your own mirror. Anything that isn't right gets changed at that stage, while changing it is easy.

Most practices ship veneer work to a technician in another city who never meets the patient. Ours is down the hall. Shade is matched with you present, in daylight, and a correction takes hours rather than a two-week courier round trip.
- How long do porcelain veneers last?
- With good hygiene and no habit of grinding, well-made porcelain veneers last many years. Dr. Merola will tell you honestly at the consultation what to expect in your specific case, including whether a night guard is worth having.
- Will they look fake?
- That is exactly what the preview stage is for. You wear the proposed shape and length before any final porcelain is made, so if anything reads too bright or too long, it is adjusted before it becomes permanent.
